# Cupom de Desconto estatística de acesso

Este tutorial irá mostrar a você como visualizar as estatísticas de uso de cupons em sua loja virtual. Aprenda a monitorar o desempenho de suas promoções e a otimizar sua estratégia de vendas. Vamos começar!

1- Para saber as estatísticas de utilização, basta clicar no botão estatísticas de utilização.

Na tela que abrir, você terá um gráfico com as informações.

2- Você pode filtrar a sua consulta por período ou por Status de pedido, depois de definido a sua filtragem clique no botão **Pesquisar**.

 3- Se preferir você pode coletar os dados via Excel, para isso clique no símbolo de **Excel**.

4-Ele irá realizar o download em Excel da lista de pedidos encontrados conforme pesquisa, essa planilha traz as seguintes informações:

* Número do pedido;
* Código do cliente;
* Cliente;
* Forma de pagamento e envio;
* Data da compra;
* Status do pedido;
* Total do pedido.
