A solicitação de serviços adicionais deve ser realizada via ticket por motivo de segurança.

Caso deseje reduzir alguma opção configurável, entre em contato com nossa central de atendimento para evitar falhas nos serviços.

Para abrir um ticket, basta acessar seu iCA e clicar em **Abrir Novo Ticket**.
